BROCCOLI - MUSHROOM LASAGNA 
Creamed mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked, chopped, and drained
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan
3 tbsp. butter
2 green onions, chopped
12 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
2 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add onions and mushrooms, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally about 6 minutes. Blend in flour, salt, and cayenne. Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened.

Spread about 1/2 cup creamed mushrooms in greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Layer noodles, broccoli, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining creamed mushrooms, and Parmesan three times.

Bake in 325 degree oven 45 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes. Cut into servings. Serves 6.
