BUTTER BAKED PEACHES | |
1/2 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 2 tbsp. orange juice or concentrate 1 can peach halves 1 c. crushed corn flakes (sugar coated is good) 1/2 c. Cool Whip Prepare shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish greased with a little butter. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Dip peach half in melted butter, then in orange juice and roll in crushed corn flakes. Place in baking dish. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whip cream (or ice cream). You can drizzle the juice and butter over the top before baking to use up any leftover juice. |
