BAKED CHICKEN WITH PEACHES 
1 fryer, quartered
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish. Combine the flour, monosodium glutamate and salt and sprinkle over the chicken. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Drain the peaches and reserve 1/2 cup syrup. Place the peach halves around chicken. Spoon reserved syrup over chicken and peaches and sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 20 minutes longer. Serves 6.
