BAKED TATORS 
4 baking potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. fried chicken seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder
4 tbsp. butter

Combine flour, cheese and seasonings in a bag. Moisten potatoes and shake in flour mixture, coating well. Melt butter in shallow pan and place potatoes in one layer in pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
