BAKED CHICKEN 
2 chickens, quartered
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
1 can mushroom soup
Lea & Perrins White Wine
Worcestershire sauce

1. Wash chicken under water, dry well with paper towels. Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish.

2. Use salt, black pepper and garlic powder at your discretion.

3. Pour Worcestershire sauce over each piece of chicken. Coat well. Let stand for 5 minutes.

4. Pour mushroom soup over chicken. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake until chicken is brown and well done.
