8 to 9 potatoes, scrubbed clean, cut into quarters or wedges and dusted with:
Pkg. chicken season mix
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour

Mix in plastic bag for dusting. Pam baking dish place potatoes that have been dusted with above mix. Drizzle stick of melted butter over top. Bake 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
