ROASTED - BAKED POTATOES 
Quartered potatoes (enough to make single layer in 9x13" pan)
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3-4 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs or shake & bake
Grated cheese

Scrub and cut potatoes. Mix butter and seasoning well and place in plastic bag. Shake potatoes (a couple at a time) in bag of crumbs to coat. Place in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Top with cheese, return to oven an additional 5 minutes.
