4 peach halves
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Few grains cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place each peach half with cut side up in an individual Pryex baking dish or large bowl. Dot peach with butter, then sprinkle with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Bake until it bubbles. Serves 4.
