NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
2 lg. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 pts. sour cream
1 lg. carton Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
4 tbsp. flour (self-rising)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 stick butter, melted

Mix well and put into springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cut off heat and leave in oven for 2 hours. When cool, remove from pan and top with crushed pineapple, cherries, blueberries or strawberries.
