EASY CHEESE BISCUITS 
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut butter into flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on a large greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
