CHEESE BISCUIT 
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. powder buttermilk
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil and blend in, then add milk, dump out on floured top and knead. Roll out and cut into 1/2 inch thick biscuits. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake until done, about 10 to 15 minutes. Will make approximately 10 biscuits.
