SAVORY CAULIFLOWER (Microwave)
1 med. cauliflower 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 4 slices Cheddar cheese Paprika Cut core out of cauliflower. Place in 1/4 cup water in a 1 1/2 quart dish and cover and cook on high for 9 minutes. Drain.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

First you must cook the cauliflower, then mix the next 4 ingredients and spread over the head. Finally, cover with the slices of cheese and microwave uncovered for another few minutes, just until the cheese melts.
