MICROWAVE TANGY MUSTARD
CAULIFLOWER
 
1/2 c. water
2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard (NOT French's or dry)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. to sm. cauliflower

Place cauliflower and water into a 2 quart casserole dish and microwave on high for 8 minutes. In a food processor, blend remaining ingredients; pour over cauliflower and microwave 1 to 2 minutes more. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
