6 egg whites, room temperature
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar

Beat egg whites, vinegar until stiff; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Put into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan; bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour or preheat oven to 400 degrees, put cake into oven, turn oven off. DO NOT open oven until it is cold. Serve with fruit or Jello and whipped cream.
