1 gal. popped popcorn
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
1 lb. M & M's
1 lb. marshmallows
1 stick butter

Mix popped popcorn with all other dry ingredients. Melt marshmallows and butter in top of double boiler. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Turn into a large tube pan spayed with Pam. Mash down into pan.
