1 bag marshmallows
1/4 c. oil
1 stick butter
1 bag M & M's
Lg. bowl popcorn

Heat marshmallows until melted. Melt butter, add to marshmallows. Add oil. Pour popcorn into oil, mix well. Pour into pan. Spray hands with Pam. Flatten down mixture. (Can line pan with wax paper to take out of pan easy.)
