1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
10 c. popped corn
1/2 lb. each of Reeses Pieces, Plain M & M's, Peanut M & M's
20 caramels
8 oz. miniature marshmallows

Mix top 4 ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes or until melted. Stir often. In separate large bowl, mix other ingredients. Pour melted mixture over bowl of popcorn and candy. Mix well. Press firmly into tube pan or Bundt pan or even a shaped cake pan. Butter pan first. Chill. Can use holiday colored candy at different times of year. I make Christmas tree shaped with red and green M & M's, etc.
