MOCK AMARETTO 
2 c. water
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. chocolate extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 tsp. almond extract
2 3/4 c. vodka

Water, sugar, lemon extract; bring to a low boil and boil for 20 minutes. Cool and add chocolate extract, vanilla extract, almond extract and vodka. Stir well to blend.

If you find a sugar coating in the bottom of the pot, just heat on lowest setting and stir a couple of minutes until dissolved. (2 liters of vodka will make 3 batches of this recipe, will yield 3 liters of Amaretto.) Pour into bottles or punch bowl.
