AMARETTO FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

Melt chocolate over low heat, stir in butter until melted. With a mixer, beat in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold. Yields 2 cups. I always double the recipe.
