MEATLESS STUFFED BELL PEPPER | |
4 bell peppers 1 can Spanish rice Bread crumbs Cheese, grated Cut tops off bell peppers and clean out seeds. Place in boiling water to cover. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove peppers from water. Stuff with Spanish rice. Place bread crumbs on top of Spanish rice. Place grated cheese on top of bread crumbs. Place stuffed peppers in baking dish. Place in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. |
