CALIFORNIA BLEND CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion (opt.)
1 heaping c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chopped celery (opt.)

Melt butter in 9"x13" pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour butter; stir; pour back into pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This can be mixed the night before and refrigerated until time to bake.
