1 pkg. lime Jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. boiling water
1 carton cottage cheese
1 tbsp. pimento, cut up

Mix together and let set. You may use celery and maraschino cherries.
