LILLIAN'S PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
16 oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixing bowl at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, for one minute. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool. Frost with white icing or sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate.

I have an old paper copy of this recipe. Mine has cream cheese icing. And cake pan is a jelly roll pan (this is the largest cookie sheet in a 3 pack).

Cream Cheese Icing:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients, ice and cut into oblong pieces.
