FESTIVE SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mash potatoes and mix with other ingredients. Pour in greased baking dish (9 x 11 inch). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 8. This is great for the holidays.
