CHICKEN MURANGO 
1 can chicken broth
2 sliced apples
1 med. onion
Celery
Parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. flour to thicken
6 to 8 chicken breasts or your favorite
2 tbsp. tarragon
1 c. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken and remove. Add a little water (liquid 1/4 cup) and first 7 ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes; add chicken and let simmer 1 hour. Remove chicken and strain sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of tarragon to sauce. Add 1 cup sour cream; blend over low heat. Place chicken pieces in baking and serving dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken; put under broiler for about 5 minutes to brown. Serves 4 to 6.
