CHICKEN FAJITAS 
3-4 med. sized boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
2-3 tomatoes, diced
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded cheese
1 bag of sm. flour tortillas (10 count)
Taco sauce

1. In a skillet brown the diced chicken with the garlic salt. After it is browned on all sides, add the green pepper and onion. Cook down until not watery. Then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are heated.

2. Warm the tortilla in the microwave or oven for 2 minutes or until heated.

3. Fill each tortilla with approximately 2 tablespoons of filling and then on top of the filling sprinkle some cheese.

4. Roll up and serve with taco sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
