Grease 9"x13" pan. Mix 1 cup each nuts and coconut. Shake in pan to spread. Mix 1 package German chocolate cake mix according to directions. Pour over nut mixture. Melt 2 sticks butter, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened. Mix and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
