BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. four
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices crisp bacon

Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and place in greased casserole. Make a sauce of the butter, flour, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle broccoli with almonds, then pour on cheese sauce. Sprinkle top with crumbs and bacon. Place in 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling and browned on top.
