1 stick butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter chips
1 lg. box Crispix cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Heat the first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Remove from heat. Add Crispix cereal. Coat well and put in large paper bag with powdered sugar. Shake to coat well and remove.
