MINTY ICED TEA 
2 springs fresh mint, washed
2 tea bags
1/2 c. sugar
1 lemon
1/2 gallon water

Bring 4 cups water to boil, add tea and let steep. Cut lemon in half and squash into a 2 quart pitcher; add sugar. Pour hot tea over sugar and lemon and mix; add mint. Fill pitcher with remaining water. Serve over ice.
