LO-CAL CHEESE SOUP | |
2 tbsp. reduce calorie butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. diced onion 1 c. frozen vegetables 1 tsp. chicken bouillon dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. skim milk 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed Salt and pepper to taste 1. Melt butter. 2. Add onions and saute lightly. 3. Add flour - stir to mix. 4. Add milk - bouillon and water - vegetables and cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. 5. Stirring constantly, cook until cheeses are melted and soup begins to thicken. DO NOT BOIL. |
