LO-CAL PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. spiral noodles
4 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 sm. onion
Parsley flakes to desire
Wishbone Italian dressing
1 lg. pan
Strainer
Sharp knife
1 lg. spoon
1 lg. bowl

Just for fun add sliced tomato on top.

Start, fill large pan with water and bring to boil. Then add noodles. Again, boil until noodles are done and strain.

Second, chop 3 tomatoes, onion, and cucumber. Add noodles and vegetables and mix well.

Third, add dressing, mix well. Put parsley on as desired.

Final touch, put the last tomato into slices and top the salad. Yields: 12-14. Calories: 40.

VARIATIONS: Use any fresh vegetables.
