PANCIT GUISADO (Lo-Mein) 
8 oz. vermicelli
4 carrots, slice
4 stalks celery, slice
1/4 lb. cabbage
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Chinese sausage
Soy sauce
Chicken or pork or shrimp or a little of each, about 1 lb.
Black pepper
Accent

1. Soak noodles in warm water until tender (soft), cut if long. Pour off water and set noodles aside.

2. Boil chicken until tender, shred chicken, save water (broth), 2 cups for later.

3. Saute garlic and onion until golden brown. Add meat, cook until tender. Add vegetables; half cook. Set mixture aside.

4. Bring meat broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, pepper and Accent to taste.

5. Add noodles and cook until broth is absorbed and noodles done. Add the meat and vegetable mixture.
