2 lbs. beef or pork or chicken 1 lb. thin spaghetti 2 stalks celery 1 lg. onion 3 cloves garlic 8 oz. mushrooms (canned or fresh) 1 can baby corn nuggets 1 carrot 1 lb. broccoli & cauliflower 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 bottle Kikkoman stir fry sauce Cut meat into thin strips and mix with soy sauce in bowl. Set aside. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces (thinly slice carrot). Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Stir fry meat and vegetables. Put spaghetti and stir fry in large bowl. Pour stir fry sauce over top, toss and serve. |
