LO MEIN 
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. cooked rice
8 oz. thin noodles
1 can bamboo shoots
8 oz. can mushrooms
Garlic
1/2 bottle soy sauce

Cook 1 envelope onion soup mix and set aside. Cook 1 cup minute rice and set aside. Brown 8 ounces thin noodles in small amount of oil stirring constantly. When brown add to onion soup and cook until noodles are soft. Add bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Add garlic to taste and 1/2 bottle soy sauce. Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
