TURKEY LO MEIN 
2 c. cooked turkey breast strips
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can low fat & sodium chicken broth (not condensed)
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2-3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts & red peppers
1 (4 oz.) pkg. uncooked angel hair pasta or vermicelli, broken up (1 1/2 c.)
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

In large skillet, combine turkey, broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic powder and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until pasta is tender.

In small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend until smooth. Stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve with soy sauce if desired.

Chicken or lean pork strips could substitute for turkey.
