CHICKEN BROCCOLI DISH 
SAUCE:

1-2 cans cream of chicken soup (and milk, if desired)
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder to taste
Pinch of salt and pepper

Mix together and set aside. Parboil 2 chicken breasts, bone. Boil 2 packages broccoli or cauliflower or both. In casserole dish, layer chicken, broccoli/cauliflower, and sauce. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves over rice.
