CHICKEN UNDER BLANKET 
6 boned chicken breasts
1 jar dried beef
1 sm. onion
Garlic salt
12 slices bacon
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 box long grain wild rice
2 tbsp. milk

Place dried beef along bottom of 9"x13" glass baking dish. Place 6 boneless chicken breasts, slice onion for the top of each chicken breast. Lay uncooked bacon on top of onion and sprinkle garlic salt. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and sour cream with milk; mix very well and pour over chicken evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours, covered with aluminum foil. Last 30 minutes, uncover and let brown. Serve over long grain wild rice (cooked according to box directions). Serves 4 to 6.
