PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 box Jiffy cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese

Drain pineapple; reserve 1/2 cup juice. Mix pudding according to package directions; set aside. Mix Jiffy cake with juice and bake in 9 x 12 inch pan; cool. Mix softened cream cheese with pineapple; spread over cake. Cover with pudding and top with Cool Whip.
