MOCK PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE 
1 lg. (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 lemons (juice)
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Fold together Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Pour into crusts and chill for several hours.
