CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken breast, cubed
2 c. celery
3 green onions (tops also)
6 oz. water chestnuts, drained
2 med. pieces candied ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sliced seedless grapes

Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup Cool Whip. Add this to bowl of diced ingredients. Serve 6-8.
