PISTACHIO TORTE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
3 c. milk
12 or 16 oz. whip cream (Cool Whip will do)

Mix first three ingredients to a crumbly mass in 9 x 13 inch pan (glass is very good). Pat - making crust - bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners' sugar with 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix 2 packages of pistachio instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over cheese mixture. Top all with remaining Cool Whip. Chill for 1 hour.
