STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 butterflied pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. butter
1/3 loaf crumbled bread
Mrs. Dash
Salt
Black pepper

Mix celery, onions and bread. Melt butter, pour over bread mixture. Season with salt, black pepper and Mrs. Dash to taste. Stuff mixture into each pork chop. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
