CORN CASSEROLE 
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. can cream-style corn
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Stir all together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased casserole dish.
