CHOCOLATE DUMP CAKE 
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix together oil, buttermilk and eggs, and stir lightly. Sift dry ingredients and add, but do not over-mix. Add 1 cup of boiling water and blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
