BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 8 oz. crescent rolls 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Brown sausage. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Line bottom with crescent roll dough. Sprinkle sausage over dough. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over the cheese and sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
