BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
4 beaten eggs
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Combine with eggs:

3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan and place unrolled crescent rolls in side by side. Add sausage, then cheese. Pour on egg mixture. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
