HEARTY CHEESE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese dinner
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Prepare Velveeta shells and cheese as directed. Add tomato; mix. Brown meat. Stir in tomato sauce and onion. Spoon dinner mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with meat mixture; sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4 to 6 servings. Variation: Substitute dill pickle for tomato.
