MABEL'S CREAM PUFF CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
8 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping
Chocolate syrup

Combine water and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil. Add flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. (Judge according to own oven.) After removing from oven, pat down to cool.

Filling: Beat together cream cheese pudding mix and milk. Spread on cool cake. Spread whipped topping in next. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
