BONELESS BREAST KABOBS 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved and cut into 3 pieces
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
20 cherry tomatoes
3 med. onions, cut into quarters and separated

Combine chicken with next 4 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers alternating with tomatoes and onions. Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and brushing with remaining marinade. Tender chicken breast kabobs make a variety of unusual low calorie entrees. Serves 4.
